Avocapp is the leading AI-native legal SaaS for the MENA region. Our platform provides case management, document drafting, legal research, calendaring, and workflow automation tools.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Avocapp uses artificial intelligence to assist with legal research and document drafting. All AI-generated content requires review and approval by a qualified legal professional before use. Avocapp does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for professional legal judgment.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Avocapp. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Moroccan Law 09-08.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Avocapp platform and its contents belong to Avocapp or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avocapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
